Headlines is seeking a new trustee to take over from our Honorary Treasurer, Charles Edwards, who stands down in September after 7 years in the role.
We are looking for someone with financial experience and business planning skills who would enjoy working with our other wonderful trustees to make a difference to the lives of all those affected by craniosynostosis and rare craniofacial conditions.
If you have some experience of charity finance, we’d welcome that, and if your experience is from other sectors, that’s also fine. Our board currently meets 4 times a year (usually 2 online and 2 face to face meetings). We’d welcome formal financial qualifications, but that’s not a requirement as our finances aren’t complex.
We welcome applications from potential trustees from a wide range of diverse backgrounds. We want to make sure that the people we represent, are represented in our trustee board.
