Caroline has worked as a teacher for 25 years, teaching a range of subjects in all key stages.
Since 2009, she has worked at University College London as a Lecturer in Primary Education, while also engaging in research related to teaching mathematics. She has a particular interest in researching how best to teach maths to children with special educational needs and disabilities.
As the parent of a child with a craniofacial condition, Caroline wanted to be a part of the Research Committee to support the charity as it develops a research focus covering a broad range of disciplines.
