Prof. Mehran Moazen

Following a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Mazandaran, Professor Moazen  completed his PhD at the University of Hull.  He  worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Hull then Leeds, before receiving a fellowship from the Royal Academy of Engineering to study the biomechanics of craniosynostosis in 2012.

Mehran joined University College London in 2015 where he is currently  Professor of Biomedical Engineering, while continuing his research on craniosynostosis. Mehran is a trustee of Headlines as well as a member of the Research Committee

Fun fact: Mehran enjoys various sports and has played semi-professional Handball.
